Chef
Marlena Rigato
Cooking
is in her blood. This 4th generation Italian cook literally grew
up in a kitchen.
After
assisting the family during the early days of Boccacio, Marlena
decided to study another classic tradition, photography, at The
School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
But
the lure of the kitchen proved too great. Upon her gradutation,
Marlena found herself back at Boccaccio; this time with a refocused
committment. To further her knowledge of the culinary arts, she
enrolled at Le
Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in London.
She
now works with her father, Chef Giovanni Rigato, to create classic
and modern interpretations of Italian cuisine. |
